What you’ll be doing:

• Supply Strategy & Ownership: Own supply targets, growth, and stability across all West India clusters. Translate national supply goals into city-wise and cluster-wise execution plans. Ensure consistent fulfilment of client demand through strong supply coverage.
  
  

• Vendor Management & Partner Ecosystem: Build and manage a large, diversified vendor channel and increase city wise vendor network.
  
  

• Leadership of Cluster Managers and Business Development Executives: Lead, coach, and performance-manage all Cluster Managers and Business Development Executives in the West. Set clear KPIs, conduct weekly performance reviews, and take decisive action on underperformance. Build a high-ownership, high-accountability culture across teams.internal and external workflows, boosting program productivity and impacting cost levers.
  
  

• Operational Excellence & Process Scale: Drive process standardization and automation across clusters. Improve: Cost per hire, Fulfilment rate, Rider/driver activation, Vendor turnaround time. Partner closely with Product, Ops, and Finance to improve tools, dashboards, and workflows.
  
  

• • Field & Market Leadership: Spend significant time on ground to understand: Vendor health, Rider behavior, Demand-supply gaps. Lead new city launches, client expansions, and pilot programs in West India.
    
    

  • Data, Forecasting & Reporting: Own weekly and monthly business reviews for West India. Track: Supply funnel, Conversion rates, Drop-offs, Revenue & cost metrics. Use data to predict risks and course-correct fast.

  You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Hold 8+ years in quick commerce, mobility, e-commerce, or last-mile operations

  • Excel in managing and scaling moderate to large teams, with a proven track record in stakeholder management and communication. Experience managing multi-city or regional operations. 

  • Have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both up and down the organizational ladder.

  • Are highly proficient in MS-Office and G-Suite tools, using them to compile, interpret, and share quality and performance data internally and with clients.

  • Preferably have experience in hyper-growth startups and thrive in dynamic environments. 

  • Are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, motivated to drive success. Highly numbers-driven and operationally sharp.
