become the center of all money and financial needs for blue-collar workers and will thus expand

Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving client satisfaction.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of Vahan's services.

Proactively identify and address client issues, providing timely resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement or upsell.

Analyze client data and usage metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

Develop and maintain client documentation, including training materials, FAQs, and support resources.

Participate in client onboarding and training sessions, ensuring clients are equipped to maximize the value of Vahan.co's solutions.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engg., Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in customer success, account management, or client operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the technology or SaaS/Service industry.
