We are looking for a Senior Manager, Inside Sales to grow our network of affiliate recruitment agencies. This role is an outstanding opportunity to lead strategic & impactful initiatives Pan-India. You will manage senior stakeholders relationships across the larger business, set the right expectations, and deliver handsomely on them. This role requires a commitment to operational excellence and creative thinking. We are looking for versatile profiles that have a knack for solving problems along with the ability to push new initiatives, positively challenge the status quo and make the role what they want it to be.

What You'll Do:

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing key accounts for the assigned product unit, managing business strategy, tactical execution, and day-to-day operational functions. Your primary responsibility is to drive overall product growth in the designated region, collaborating closely with the Sales Head to plan and execute the growth strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and executive oversight for the daily operations of product sales in the Indian market.

  • Drive strategy and growth for the aligned product unit, fostering inter-departmental coordination with engineering, product marketing, operations, and the product team.

  • Scale the product unit to its full growth potential.

  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities to increase revenues.

  • Recognize opportunities for go-to-market synergy and growth.

  • Lead team-building initiatives, developing existing team members and executives, and recruiting to address any gaps.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking an experienced SaaS sales leader with a minimum of 7+ years in SaaS sales, holding an MBA or an advanced degree from a reputable educational institution. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Enterprise B2B Sales, having worked in solution-oriented consulting roles. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience with enterprise sales is a must.

  • Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions.

  • Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.

You must be a dynamic leader and team builder with excellent communication skills, showcasing the capability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
