become the center of all money and financial needs for blue-collar workers and will thus expand
to use cases in financial services and upskilling. We’re a Y Combinator company that is backed by

About the Role:

• Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Product Development:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional products.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined and prioritized.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and validate product concepts.

• Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement iterative improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.

• Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.
  • Drive innovation and champion best practices in product management.
