Roles & Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for building and scaling supply, operation processes and execution in your region.
2. Manage a large team of vendors and drive them towards optimal performance through continuous improvement - performance management, tracking and coordinating daily efforts.
3. Explore new tools and processes to scale internal and external workflows that drive over-all program productivity and also positively impact the cost levers within the LOBs.
4. Interface with the regional level Client POCs to ensure a smooth workflow for the vendors in your region.
5. Spend ample time on-field and off-field understanding the challenges on the ground and unblock them swiftly with scalable solutions.
6.Build and manage cadence on performance reporting.
Success Criterion
1. Manage the growth and optimization of the job seeker (supply) network associated with the Vahan platform
2. Focus on acquisition strategy & engagement of low-skilled workers in the blue-collar/ gray collar space (for eg. drivers & delivery professionals, BPO/ Tele-calling/ data entry, house-keeping & support staff, field sales etc.)
3. Develop scalable teams and processes to acquire and engage new job seekers.
4. Commitment to operational excellence, strong target oriented mindset, managing a large team as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset.
5. Knack for solving problems along with the ability to push new initiatives, and positively challenge the status quo.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Any Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree - Completed
2. Relevant Work Experience 1 - 3 Years Qualification.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong downward and upward communication and stakeholder management.
4. Prior Experience in hyper growth startups with e-com and food-delivery background will be preferred.
5. Managed and scaled moderate to large scale teams
6. Should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office with sound knowledge of G-Suite tools for compiling, interpreting and communicating all quality and performance-related data and information internally as well as to the client.
