become the center of all money and financial needs for blue-collar workers and will thus expand
to use cases in financial services and upskilling. We’re a Y Combinator company that is backed by
marquee investors such as Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund and Airtel. Several executives from
Google and Flipkart are also investors in the company.
Key Deliverables:

Manage P&L for the region.

Achieve month-over-month (MoM) growth in revenue.

Drive MoM growth in customer additions.

Ensure MoM growth in placements.
About the Role:
Sales & Business Development:
-
Hunt, add, and sign up new logos.
-
Seek out new service offerings and bring learnings back to the organization.
Lead Generation:
-
Prospect, deep dive, and qualified leads.
-
Acquire new customers in the region.
Key Account Management:
-
Manage client relationships and leadership connections.
-
Oversee account receivables, reconciliations, client satisfaction, and retention.

Drive Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Client Operations personnel.
Grow Share of Wallet (SoW):

Increase revenue share and wallet share month-over-month.

Upsell and cross-sell all Vahan services.
Operations:

Manage day-to-day client operations.
-
Collaborate with Supply Acquisition and Revenue Assurance teams to manage client expectations.
Finance:

Work closely with Business Finance and Accounts teams.

Manage budgets, P&L, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
