Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role with a strong focus on sales, business development, and team leadership.

  • Demonstrated success in PnL management and achieving consistent revenue growth.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performance team.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.

  • Familiarity with the job placement industry or related fields is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Growth: Achieve MoM revenue growth through effective sales strategies and identifying new opportunities.

  2. Placements Growth: Drive MoM growth in job placements by maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.

  3. Channel Partner Network Expansion: Add new channel partners and foster long-term relationships.

  4. PnL and Portfolio Health Management: Manage the PnL statement and ensure portfolio health by monitoring financial performance.

  5. Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of "Hunters" and "Farmers"; hire and develop a high-performing team.

  6. Revenue Management: Ensure healthy revenue growth and manage CAC with the right client mix.

  7. Business Development: Execute a robust GTM strategy to drive channel growth.

  8. Training Center Infrastructure: Build TC infrastructure to meet placement targets with channel partners.

  9. Partner Health Management: Ensure partners run profitable businesses and maintain long-term associations.

  10. Quality Management: Maintain high standards in placement quality and client satisfaction.

  11. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts for consistent growth.

  12. Product Adoption: Collaborate with product leaders to drive key initiatives and ensure regional adoption.

  13. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders effectively to drive initiatives and collaborate internally.

  14. Growth Hacking: Identify and execute innovative strategies for business expansion.

  15. Product and Operations Understanding: Understand product functionalities and operations to drive efficiency.

  16. Industry Experience: Preferably have experience in last-mile delivery, quick commerce, e-commerce, or similar industries with team leadership experience in the region.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience (cash + bonus + equity)
