Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates to maintain a robust and healthy candidate pipeline.

  • Have a healthy source mix of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders like hiring managers, interviewers, cross team members etc. and external stakeholders like Vendors, Candidates and build a healthy relationship with all of them. 

  • Excellent in Data Management, Funnel Management and in Managing interview schedules, logistics, and feedback efficiently.

  • Use the learnings to strategically help the People team. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role in a fast paced environment.

  • High Ownership, strong communication skills and ability to problem solve. 

  • Proven track record of being metrics-driven, exceeding hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
