What You Will Be Doing:

  • Financial planning& analysis: Develop and implement financial models (Annual AOP/Qtrly plan / Monthly plan) to support strategic business decisions. Analyze financial performance metrics on a regular basis and provide insights into trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and control budgets across departments. Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial plans.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business units to provide financial guidance and support. Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial matters, including risk management, investments, and capital allocation.

  • Cash flow management: Manage cash flow effectively by forecasting future cash needs, monitoring liquidity levels, and implementing cash conservation measures when necessary.

  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal teams and with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate efficient and accurate audits, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and regulatory standards.

  • Leadership and training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members, fostering their growth and development within the department.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have a CA/MBA from Tier1 qualification with 3-4 years of experience.

  • Are having startup experience.

  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Have In-depth knowledge of financial models, accounting principles, and best practices.
