At Vahan.ai, we’re on a mission to unlock economic opportunities for India’s blue-collar workforce through cutting-edge AI and deep empathy. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can spot potential where others don’t and match the right people to the right opportunities.

 

What you will be doing:

Own the End-to-End Hiring Funnel: Lead recruitment for business roles with sharp judgment in candidate selection—owning everything from sourcing to offer closure.

Be a Sourcing Ninja: Deploy advanced sourcing strategies across platforms and communities to uncover top talent—especially passive candidates.

Map Talent to Business Needs: Understand the nuances of every role, partner deeply with hiring managers, and build pipelines that align with long-term org design and skill requirements.

Solve Problems Proactively: Whether it’s sourcing bottlenecks or offer drop-offs, you troubleshoot quickly and implement scalable solutions.

Negotiate to Win-Win: Drive offer negotiations with fairness, empathy, and precision to land the right talent while aligning with internal compensation benchmarks.

Deliver Process Excellence: Ensure every candidate touchpoint—from outreach to onboarding—is seamless, detail-driven, and reflective of our employer brand.

Enable Data-Driven Hiring: Use data to guide prioritization, pipeline health, sourcing channel efficiency, and stakeholder updates.

 

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong track record of closing roles across business functions
  • Are a sourcing expert, fluent with Boolean search, social hiring, and sourcing tools
  • Have an eye for potential, able to go beyond CVs and assess true candidate-role fit
  • Think in systems, bringing strong operational rigor and a love for optimizing processes
  • Pay close attention to detail, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality at every stage
  • Are a strong communicator, able to build trust with candidates and influence stakeholders
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and push forward without losing sight of quality
