What you’ll be doing:

  • Process Building & Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business Operations processes and develop actionable plans to enhance productivity and quality across all departments.
  • Operations Management: Manage Day to Day Operations achieving Daily Targeted numbers.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, focusing on lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations.

  • Lead Management: Oversee the management of inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up, qualification, and efficient sales funnel management.

  • CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Generate and present regular sales performance reports and dashboards to senior management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on lead generation strategies, campaign goals, and customer retention initiatives

 

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Minimum 3 years in handling Inside Sales Operations.
  • Proven experience in Team Handling.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
