About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to help us make smarter, data-backed decisions across our business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate valuable insights and improve operational performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable strategies. If you are someone who enjoys solving complex problems, has a knack for uncovering hidden patterns, and can communicate insights in a clear, impactful way — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to surface business insights.

• Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Strategic Decision Support: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to help guide operational and strategic decision-making.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Operations, Demand, and other teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

• SQL Scripting: Write and maintain robust SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.

• Presentation & Communication: Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.

• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend areas for improvement.
  
  

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• Bring 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Are highly proficient in SQL and Excel, with working knowledge of Python or R being a strong plus.

• Have a solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.

• Possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Can effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.

• Are driven by curiosity, with a proactive mindset and a desire to make an impact through data.
