Roles and Responsibilities:

As a sales Intern, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting new vendor partners in their day to day business operations and helping them scale in their initial months of acquisition. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Escalation Handling: Help partners resolve day to day escalations on candidate onboardings and payout related issues

  • Market visits: Conduct visits and meet partners in their office to build trust and stronger relationships, identify new opportunities to grow monthly placements.

  • Lead Communication: Assist in initial outreach to potential leads by conducting demo calls in-person meetings

  • Proposal Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create pitch decks and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to track lead progress and conversion rates, generating weekly reports.

  • Growth Partner: Be a growth partner for new vendors by guiding them in team hiring, lead sourcing and productivity improvement


     

Day-to-Day Life as a Sales Intern:

Your day will be a blend of client interaction, and hands-on learning in sales strategies. Here’s what a typical day might look like:

  • Morning: Attend morning review calls to start the day, plan market visits with area managers.

  • Afternoon: conduct at least 3 in-office visits to new vendors daily.

  • Evening: share daily report to area manager and discuss support required

By the end of your internship, you will have gained valuable experience in sales, lead management, and sales strategies, with a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.

 


 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field/Graduates

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Comfortable with basic research, data entry, and reporting.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus, but not required).

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
