We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who not only excels in driving sales but also brings strong analytical, problem-solving, and SQL expertise to optimize sales strategies and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Drive inside sales operations, including lead generation, prospect engagement, pipeline management, and closures.

Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and conversion strategies.

Use SQL and data analytics to track, analyze, and report sales performance, funnel metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Design and implement data-driven sales dashboards, reports, and forecasting models.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, and Data) to solve business challenges and optimize client acquisition.

Mentor and guide the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Continuously improve processes, tools, and playbooks for higher efficiency and scale.
Requirements

4–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in fast-growing startups.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to query, extract, and manipulate data.

Solid analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, Google Sheets

Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
