We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who not only excels in driving sales but also brings strong analytical, problem-solving, and SQL expertise to optimize sales strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive inside sales operations, including lead generation, prospect engagement, pipeline management, and closures.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and conversion strategies.

  • Use SQL and data analytics to track, analyze, and report sales performance, funnel metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

  • Design and implement data-driven sales dashboards, reports, and forecasting models.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, and Data) to solve business challenges and optimize client acquisition.

  • Mentor and guide the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and playbooks for higher efficiency and scale.

Requirements

 

  • 4–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in fast-growing startups.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to query, extract, and manipulate data.

  • Solid analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, Google Sheets

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
