About the Role


As an Operations Executive at Vahan, you will play a critical role in improving the quality and reliability of our voice bots. Your work will directly influence customer experience by ensuring our bots are intelligent, accurate, and adaptable. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of the conversational AI revolution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Call Analysis: Review bot-customer conversations to identify gaps, errors, and areas for improvement.

  • Data Tagging & Annotation: Accurately tag and annotate audio/text data for ML and NLP model training.

  • Data Generation: Develop realistic conversational datasets to support bot training and performance optimization.

  • Voice Bot Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of bot behavior across various workflows and use cases.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality bot performance.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed reports of test cases, issues identified, and improvement suggestions.

  • Quality Assurance: Support live project audits and deployment QA checks.

 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in data tagging and data generation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with data annotation processes or training datasets.

  • Experience with voice bot testing workflows or UAT procedures.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to AI/NLP tools or platforms.

  • Understanding of banking workflows (especially call center/customer service).

  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, or test case management tools.
