About the Role:

As the Product Marketing Manager at Vahan, you will own the go-to-market strategy, product messaging, and user adoption initiatives across our platform. This is a cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of Product, Growth, and Customer Success.

You’ll deeply understand our users, craft compelling narratives around our solutions, and drive product engagement, onboarding, and retention. You’ll also partner closely with product managers and sales teams to ensure that our products are not just built right — but positioned, launched, and adopted right.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product features and launches, ensuring clear positioning and messaging.

  • Product Adoption: Design and drive user onboarding, training, and engagement programs to maximize product adoption and usage.

  • User Insights: Conduct research to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to align marketing and adoption efforts with business goals.

  • Content & Enablement: Create compelling marketing collateral (one-pagers, decks, videos, guides) to support product launches and customer education.

  • Campaign Management: Build targeted campaigns (email, in-app, WhatsApp) to drive awareness, engagement, and feature adoption.

  • Performance Measurement: Track adoption metrics, analyze performance data, and optimize initiatives based on learnings.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, product adoption, or customer growth roles.

  • Have led GTM initiatives and driven measurable adoption outcomes in previous roles.

  • Are deeply user-centric, with strong instincts for storytelling, positioning, and customer behavior.

  • Have a data-driven mindset — you know how to measure success and iterate based on results.

  • Are a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across product, marketing, and business teams.
