Job Title: Finance Intern 

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern with a strong foundation in Finance, Accounting, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), to assist in data analysis & Revenue Calculations/ Analysis tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with an MBA in Finance to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting. You will work closely with our Business, Sales and Finance team to support various operational and analytical tasks, with exposure to the day-to-day workings of a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and presenting findings using MS Excel/G-Spreadsheets.

• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking financial and operational data.

• Assist in Accounting/preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial summaries. Support on Adhoc works/reconciliations for Finance activities.

• Work with large datasets and apply Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.

• Support the finance team in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

• Provide assistance in ad-hoc analysis and projects as required by the finance team.

• Contribute to process improvements by identifying more efficient ways of analysing and presenting data.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• CA-Inter (1/2 groups qualified) or MBA in Finance (Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers and data.

• Basic knowledge of financial, Cost and Revenue analysis, and reporting.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
