Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at Vahan, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our vendor base in your assigned region. Your primary goal will be to drive Month-on-Month (MoM) growth in placements by nurturing vendor relationships, scaling supply, and enhancing vendor productivity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Account Management: Manage and expand the vendor network in your designated region.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term collaboration.

  • Driving Placements: Support vendors in increasing productivity and efficiency to achieve higher placements.

  • Scaling Supply: Work on strategies to expand vendor capacity and improve supply readiness.

  • Escalation Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve vendor issues to ensure smooth operations.

  • Proven experience in Account Management and Relationship Management

  • Strong ability to drive placements and scale operations

  • Excellent problem-solving and escalation resolution skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet growth targets
