About the Role:
As an Associate Program Manager, Founder’s Office, you will be at the center of high-impact projects, driving execution and operational excellence across the company. You will work closely with leadership to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, implement scalable systems, and optimize organizational processes. This role requires a sharp analytical mindset, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive Execution & Accountability: Track and follow up on action items across teams, ensuring timely progress and seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Build & Manage Data Systems: Identify key business metrics, collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable data systems that provide visibility into performance.
- Own Reporting & Reviews: Lead the reporting cadence across weekly and monthly business reviews, continuously improving reporting structures and meeting efficiency.
- Automate & Optimize Processes: Leverage tools and technology to drive automation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the adoption of streamlined workflows.
- Support Category Expansion: Conduct research on new categories and support expansion efforts, working closely with leadership and business teams to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
- Lead Special Initiatives: Take ownership of high-impact initiatives that improve Vahan’s value offerings to each of the ecosystem partners.
- Enhance Organizational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in company-wide systems and processes, driving solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in program management, operations or consulting.
- Are a structured thinker with strong analytical skills, possessing a great grasp of Excel and SQL
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, working seamlessly across teams and leadership levels.
- Are highly detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring that action items never fall through the cracks.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to new challenges and taking ownership of high-impact projects.
