What you will be doing:

• Own Vahan’s recruitment process: Setup and manage recruitment at Vahan end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience

• Tech & Product Hiring: Drive the recruitment for all technical and product roles, including Engineering, Data, Product, and Design, and build high-performing teams

• Leadership Recruitment: Spearhead the search for senior leadership positions, attracting and securing the best talent to guide our vision

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide insights, and deliver on recruitment goals

• Systems and Data: Setup and maintain recruitment systems, ensuring proper instrumentation for reporting, data-driven decisions and process improvement

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, optimizing performance and ensuring alignment with company standards
