Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Team Lead – Telecalling Operations to manage and scale a team of Inside Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, team management, and hitting aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Own end-to-end inside sales operations — from prospecting and qualification to conversion.

Monitor key sales metrics (calls, conversions, pipeline health) and continuously improve team performance.

Develop and execute sales strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and enhance customer experience.

Use CRM tools to track performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.

Regularly conduct training and role-playing sessions to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge.

Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales team members as needed.
Requirements

3–6 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with a good understanding of sales KPIs and CRM tools.

High level of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
