Role Overview:

The Vendor Operations Executive will play a crucial role in supporting and managing the
day-to-day operations of vendors responsible for hiring. This individual will work closely with
vendors to ensure that recruitment and onboarding processes are smooth, helping vendors
meet their hiring goals and ensuring that candidates progress through the critical employment
milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Support for Hiring:
    Collaborate with vendors to ensure they are effectively sourcing, recruiting, and
    onboarding.
    Provide real-time support to vendors in managing recruitment drives, ensuring
    adherence to hiring targets and timelines.
    2. Candidate Onboarding and Milestone Tracking:
    Ensure that candidates sourced by vendors are successfully onboarded into the
    system.
    Track candidate progress and work closely with vendors to ensure that
    candidates complete key milestones.
    Monitor performance within the window post-joining and resolve any bottlenecks
    that hinder candidate retention.
    3. Vendor Relationship Management:
    Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, providing operational support,
    clarifying processes, and addressing any concerns related to hiring or
    onboarding.
    Work with vendors to resolve issues related to candidate engagement,
    onboarding delays, or documentation errors.
    4. Data Reporting and Compliance:
    Regularly track and report on the status of candidates hired through vendors,
    including onboarding success rates, milestone completion, and churn rates.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for onboarding,
    payroll, and candidate management.
    5. Process Improvement:
    Identify operational bottlenecks in vendor hiring processes and recommend
    improvements to streamline recruitment workflows.
    Work with the Operations Manager and internal teams to develop and implement
    new initiatives that improve candidate sourcing and vendor performance.
    6. Vendor Training and Enablement:
    Provide regular training to vendors recruitment and onboarding systems,
    ensuring that they are proficient in using tools such as iSource, candidate
    tracking systems, and milestone tracking dashboards.
    Share best practices and actionable insights with vendors to optimize their hiring
    process.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, or a related
field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or recruitment,
preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and
workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both
vendors and internal teams.
Proficiency in using vendor management systems, recruitment software, and
MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), GSuite is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and suggest process
improvements.
